To realize performance of an operation having flexibility for understanding a standard.SOLUTION: Included is an output unit that adds, to a baseband (BB) packet having undergone error correction decoding, additional information with regard to the BB packet and outputs the BB packet. The additional information includes at least one of a delimiter, a precision time protocol (PTP), and BB packet information. The BB packet information includes at least one of information indicating whether reception of the BB packet is stable, information indicating whether there is an error in the BB packet, and a packet length of the BB packet, the relative physical layer pipe (PLP) ID of the BB packet, and an absolute PLP ID of the BB packet.
