To provide an information processing system, a combinatorial optimization computation method and a combinatorial optimization computation program which can solve a combinatorial optimization problem by efficiently using a resource of a computer.SOLUTION: In an optimization computation system 10, a classic quantum hybrid system 12 for solving a combinatorial optimization problem by using an evaluation function constituted by a plurality of variables comprises: a continuous variable optimization computation unit 22 which performs the optimization computation for calculating an output value of the evaluation function satisfying a constraint condition with a spin variable as a continuous variable that virtually and continuously deforms; an extraction unit 24 which extracts the spin variable that cannot be determined to any of discrete binary values of the plurality of spin variables as a hard-to-fix variable on the basis of the continuous variable used in the optimization computation by the continuous variable optimization computation unit 22; and a discrete binary-value optimization computation unit 32 which performs the optimization computation with the spin variable extracted as the hard-to-fix variable by the extraction unit 24 as the discrete variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コンピュータのリソースを効率的に用いて組合せ最適化問題を解くことができる、情報処理システム、組合せ最適解演算方法、及び組合せ最適解演算プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】最適解演算システム１０において、複数の変数によって構成される評価関数を用いて組合せ最適化問題を解く古典量子ハイブリッドシステム１２は、スピン変数を仮想的に連続変形する連続変数とし、制約条件を満たす評価関数の出力値を算出する最適化演算を行う連続変数最適化演算部２２と、連続変数最適化演算部２２による最適化演算に用いた連続変数に基づいて、複数のスピン変数のうち離散二値の何れかに決定できないスピン変数を固定困難変数として抽出する抽出部２４と、抽出部２４によって固定困難変数として抽出されたスピン変数を離散変数とし、最適化演算を行う離散二値最適化演算部３２と、を備える。【選択図】図１
