To improve sewing quality and production efficiency on a sewing line.SOLUTION: A sewing management system 1 includes: a sewing machine (9) that sews on a sewing line (SL); a management server (8) that manages various information on the sewing line; and a wearable terminal (10) that detects physical condition management information on an operator of the sewing line. The sewing machine transmits production management information including identification information on the operator who performs sewing work on the sewing line and operation information on a device main body to the management server. The management server estimates the sewing skill of the operator based on the production management information and estimates the production capacity of the operator based on the physical condition management information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】縫製ラインにおける縫製品質及び生産効率を向上すること。【解決手段】縫製管理システム１は、縫製ライン（ＳＬ）上で縫製を行うミシン（９）と、縫製ラインにおける各種情報を管理する管理サーバ（８）と、縫製ラインのオペレータの体調管理情報を検出するウェアラブル端末（１０）とを有する。ミシンは、縫製ラインで縫製作業を行うオペレータの識別情報及び装置本体の稼働情報を含む生産管理情報を管理サーバに送信する。管理サーバは、生産管理情報に基づいてオペレータの縫製スキルを推定すると共に、体調管理情報に基づいてオペレータの生産能力を推定する。【選択図】図１
