Summary:To provide a signal processing device, signal processing method and program, which allow for more appropriately grasping validity of processing results of recognition and other tasks.SOLUTION: A signal processing device comprises a feature quantity estimation unit and an inference unit. The feature quantity estimation unit receives an input signal, which may be either a third signal obtained by superimposing a second signal on a first signal or a fourth signal obtained by converting the third signal, and estimates a feature quantity of the first signal based on the input signal.
