To provide an inner surface mortar lining pipe which further improves hair crack resistance and efflorescence resistance of mortar, and a method for suppressing occurrence of hair crack and/or efflorescence in a mortar lining layer of the inner surface mortar lining pipe.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an inner surface mortar lining pipe configured by coating a surface of a mortar lining layer with a resin composition containing an acryl resin (A) including a styrene-based aromatic monomer unit and alkyl (meth) acrylate unit and a solvent (B) including aromatic hydrocarbon and not including acetone, and a method for suppressing occurrence of hair crack and/or efflorescence in the inner surface mortar lining pipe. The method includes: a steps (a) of molding the mortar lining layer, in which a mass ratio of cement and fine aggregates in mortar is 1:2.0, containing more fine aggregates on an inner surface of a cast iron pipe; and a step (b) of coating the surface of the mortar lining layer obtained in the step (a) with the resin composition containing the acryl resin (A) including the styrene-based aromatic monomer unit and the alkyl (meth) acrylate unit and the solvent (B) including aromatic hydrocarbon and not including acetone.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】モルタルの耐ヘアクラック性および耐白華性がより向上された内面モルタルライニング管および内面モルタルライニング管のモルタルライニング層のヘアクラックおよび／または白華の発生を抑制する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】スチレン系芳香族モノマー単位およびアルキル（メタ）アクリレート単位を含むアクリル樹脂（Ａ）、ならびに芳香族炭化水素を含みアセトンを含まない溶剤（Ｂ）を含む樹脂組成物を、モルタルライニング層の表面に塗布してなる内面モルタルライニング管、ならびに（ａ）鋳鉄管の内面に、モルタル中のセメントと細骨材の質量比が１：２．０よりも細骨材が多いモルタルライニング層を成形する工程、ならびに（ｂ）スチレン系芳香族モノマー単位およびアルキル（メタ）アクリレート単位を含むアクリル樹脂（Ａ）、ならびに芳香族炭化水素を含みアセトンを含まない溶剤（Ｂ）を含む樹脂組成物を、工程（ａ）で得られたモルタルライニング層の表面に塗布する工程を含む、内面モルタルライニング管のヘアクラックおよび／または白華の発生を抑制する方法。【選択図】なし
