To provide a building having a flat roof capable of suppressing dew condensation on an upper surface of a ceiling member.SOLUTION: A building comprises: a roof plate member extending in a horizontal direction and constituting a roof; a ceiling plate member provided below and separated from the roof plate member so as to form an attic space below the roof panel member and constituting a ceiling; a wall member having therein a ventilation part extending upward from below and having an opening provided in a region between the roof plate member and the ceiling plate member; a heat insulating member provided along the roof plate member; and a first moisture-proof member provided between the roof plate member and the ceiling plate member so as to block the attic space and the opening of the ventilation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】天井部材の上面の結露を抑制可能な陸屋根を有する建造物を提供する。【解決手段】建造物は、水平方向に延び、屋根を構成するための屋根板材と、前記屋根板材の下に小屋裏が形成されるように前記屋根板材から下に離れて設けられ、天井を構成するための天井板材と、内部に下方から上方に延びる通気部を有するとともに屋根板材と天井板材との間の領域に設けられた開口を有する壁部材と、前記屋根板材に沿って設けられた断熱部材と、前記小屋裏と前記通気部の前記開口とを遮断するように前記屋根板材と前記天井板材との間に設けられた第１の防湿部材と、を有する。【選択図】図１
