Summary:To provide a surface protective film including an adhesive layer to be adhered on an exposed surface of an optical member or an electronic member to prevent a flaw on a surface of the optical member or the electronic member at processing, assembly, inspection and transportation, typically, in a manufacturing process of the optical member or the electronic member, the surface protective film capable of sufficiently suppressing peeling electrification voltage and avoiding a damage on the optical member and the electronic member at peeling.SOLUTION: A surface protective film includes an adhesive layer. In the surface protective film, an adhesive agent forming the adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive composition. The adhesive composition includes a base polymer, an ionic compound and a fluorine-based compound. A surface free energy on a surface of the adhesive layer to diiodomethane is 6 mJ/m2 to 30 mJ/m2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】代表的には、光学部材や電子部材の製造工程において、加工、組立、検査、輸送などの際の該光学部材や該電子部材の表面の傷付き防止のために該光学部材や該電子部材の露出面に貼着される、粘着剤層を含む表面保護フィルムであって、剥離帯電圧を十分に抑制し、剥離時に該光学部材や該電子部材を破損しない表面保護フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の実施形態による表面保護フィルムは、粘着剤層を含む表面保護フィルムであって、該粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤が粘着剤組成物から形成され、該粘着剤組成物が、ベースポリマー、イオン性化合物、およびフッ素系化合物を含み、該粘着剤層表面のジヨードメタンに対する表面自由エネルギーが6mJ/m2〜30mJ/m2である。【選択図】図1
