To provide a shape maintenance tool capable of stably maintaining the shape of a shirt and a shirt package.SOLUTION: The shape maintenance tool configured by bending a paperboard body to maintain a shirt in a predetermined shape comprises: a body; a sleeve holding part folded from the body; and a collar insertion part projected from the body. The sleeve holding part can fix the position of the body with respect to the shirt by being inserted between the base collar and the collar blade of the shirt.
