In the injection molding apparatus 30, it is possible to simultaneously perform joining of the housing and lens (secondary molding) and formation of an inner lens in the same mold. Furthermore, at the time of housing formation, the inner lens is cooled. Still furthermore, the inner lens is taken out from the injection molding apparatus 30 by the first robot 21, a sealing structure is formed by assembling the inner lens and the substrate in an automatic assembling apparatus 23, and the sealing structure is fed to the injection molding apparatus 30 by the first robot 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】射出成形における作業の効率化を図る。【解決手段】射出成形システム29は、射出成形装置30と自動組立て装置23と第1ロボット21とターミナル供給機24と基板供給機26とを有している。射出成形装置30においては、同一の金型内で、ハウジングとレンズの接合(2次成形)と、インナレンズの成形と、を同時に行う。また、ハウジング成形時にインナレンズの冷却を行う。さらに、射出成形装置30から第1ロボット21によってインナレンズを取り出し、自動組立て装置23においてインナレンズと基板とを組付けて封入構造体を成形し、この封入構造体を第1ロボット21によって射出成形装置30に供給する。【選択図】図2
