Summary:To achieve harmonization between manual operation by an operator and automatic operation by a lever operation robot.SOLUTION: A lever operation robot comprises at least one operation part which is so configured as to be movable on a locus along a movable direction of at least one operation lever of an industrial vehicle, and a drive part which is so configured as to move the operation part.
