To provide a technique proposal apparatus in which technique is proposed to a doctor who is going to operate a patient's joint with accuracy higher than before.SOLUTION: A technique proposal apparatus 3 includes: acquisition means for acquiring a radiation image imaging a patient's joint; a learned model performing machine learning by assuming a preoperative radiation image imaging the joint before giving a joint surgery, the technique of surgery performed in the joint and conditions of the joint after being operated to be input, and by assuming the technique of the surgery to be performed to be output; selection means for selecting the technique of the surgery to be performed to the joint imaged in the radiation image acquired by the acquisition means using the learned model; and output means for outputting the technique selected by the selection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】患者の関節部の手術を行おうとする医師に、従来よりも高い精度で術式を提案する術式提案装置を提供する。【解決手段】術式提案装置３は、患者の関節部が写った放射線画像を取得する取得手段と、関節に手術を施す前の関節部が写った術前放射線画像、関節に行った手術の術式、及び手術を行った後の関節部の状態を入力とし、行うべき手術の術式を出力として機械学習させた学習済モデルと、学習済モデルを用い、取得手段が取得した放射線画像に写った関節部に対して行うべき手術の術式を選択する選択手段と、選択手段が選択した術式を出力する出力手段と、を備える。【選択図】図４
