To provide a charging and discharging device, a control method of the same, and a computer program that prevent charging and discharging from being stopped against a user's intention using a simple method.SOLUTION: The charging and discharging device is connected to an electric vehicle equipped with a storage battery and performs charging and discharging of the storage battery.
