Summary:To provide an LED camera flash module for generating a beam that is tightly matched to an aspect ratio of a field of a camera so as to be thicker than that of a conventional flash module.SOLUTION: A rectangular array of a plurality of LEDs 20 is attached onto a single lead frame 12, and the lead frame connects the plurality of LEDs in serial. Each LED is within, for example, 5×3 array or 4×3 array. The array of a reflective cup 18 is molded on the lead frame or is fixed to the lead frame. Each cup includes a substantial quadrate opening part 24 and generates a quadrate sub beam. A layer of a fluorescence substance is positioned in an inner part of each cup, covers a related LED, and generates a white color light.
