Summary:To provide a method for evaluating an adhesion force between fine particles which can relatively evaluate an adhesive force in a gas phase between base particles and child particles constituting composite particles of powder in composite particles of powder regardless of whether or not the kind of the base particles and/or the child particles is magnetic particles.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating an adhesion force between fine particles includes: defining powder of composite particles which are composed of base particles having an average particle diameter of 1-1,000 μm and child particles having an average particle diameter that is 1/3 or less an average particle diameter of the base particles as an evaluation object; determining each change point of particle size distribution for each of the powder by subjecting each of the powder in a gas phase to specific steps (I) to (III); and relatively evaluating adhesive force in a gas phase between fine particles in the powder between the plurality of powder by comparing magnitudes of measurement pressures at a change point of the particle size distribution for each of the powder as an index of the magnitude of the adhesive force in the gas phase between fine particles in each of the powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】粉体の複合粒子を構成する母粒子及び/又は子粒子の種類が磁性粒子であるか否かにかかわらず、粉体の複合粒子中の母粒子と子粒子の間の気相中の付着力を、複数種類の粉体間において相対的評価が可能な微粒子間付着力評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】平均粒子径が1〜1000μmの母粒子と、平均粒子径が前記母粒子の平均粒子径の3分の1以下の大きさである子粒子とからなる複合粒子の粉体を評価対象とし、気相中の前記各粉体に対して特定の工程(I)〜(III)を施すことにより、前記粉体ごとに粒度分布の変化点をそれぞれ求めて、前記粉体ごとの粒度分布の変化点における測定圧力の大きさを、前記各粉体における微粒子間の気相中での付着力の大きさの指標として対比することにより、前記粉体における微粒子間の気相中での付着力を複数種類の前記粉体間において相対的に評価する。【選択図】図2
