Summary:To provide a pulsation damper which enables effective reduction of pulsation occurring in a high pressure fuel supply system while improving durability.SOLUTION: A pulsation damper 10 is disposed in a damper case 20 into which a fluid having a changing pressure flows and has: a first diaphragm 12 in which a gas is enclosed; and a second diaphragm 13 disposed in the first diaphragm 12. When a pressure of the fluid in the damper case 20 is smaller than a threshold value, the first diaphragm 12 does not contact with the second diaphragm 13.
