Summary:To provide a room heating device and a toilet bowl device that suppress the blowing of excessively hot air.SOLUTION: A room heating device 10 includes a housing 2 with an outlet 228, a fan 6 located inside the housing 2, a coil heater 7 located inside the housing 2 on the downstream side of the fan 6 and around which a coil wire 732 is wound, and a thermistor 8 located inside the housing 2 and measuring the temperature of the warm air heated by the coil heater 7.
