To provide a spinning processing device, a processing roller for spinning processing, and a spinning processing method for performing press-less processing that excels in local processing and follow-up processing in the processing of thermoplastic composite materials, and to provide a method for manufacturing plastic products of thermoplastic composite materials by press-less processing.SOLUTION: To solve the above problem, we provide a spinning processing device equipped with a processing roller and a heating section that heats a thermoplastic composite material, a processing roller for spinning processing having a heating function, a spinning processing method using this spinning processing device, and a method for manufacturing a plastic processed product of a thermoplastic composite material. According to this feature, plastic working of the thermoplastic composite material is possible without press forming using a mold, and local machining and follow-up machining become easy. This makes it possible to easily produce plastic-processed products of various shapes according to the application, while taking advantage of the advantages that thermoplastic resin composite materials have as resin materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の課題は、熱可塑性樹脂複合材の加工において、局所加工や追加工に優れたプレスレス加工を行うためのスピニング加工装置、スピニング加工用加工ローラ、スピニング加工方法の提供である。また、プレスレス加工による熱可塑性樹脂複合材の塑性加工品の製造方法の提供である。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、加工ローラと、熱可塑性樹脂複合材を加熱する加熱部とを備えるスピニング加工装置、加熱機能を有するスピニング加工用加工ローラ、このスピニング加工装置を用いたスピニング加工方法及び熱可塑性樹脂複合材の塑性加工品の製造方法を提供する。この特徴によれば、金型を用いたプレス成形によらず、熱可塑性樹脂複合材の塑性加工が可能となり、局所加工や追加工が容易となる。これにより、熱可塑性樹脂複合材が有する樹脂素材としての利点を生かしつつ、用途に応じた様々な形状の塑性加工品を容易に作製できる。【選択図】図１
