Summary:To provide an on-vehicle light source unit capable of reproducing a luminous color of bluish green stably from immediately after lighting to after an increase in temperature, and a vehicular lighting fixture equipped with the same.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle light source unit 1 includes a first light source 10, a second light source 20, and a third light source 30. The first light source 10 includes a first semiconductor light-emitting element for emitting bluish green light and a wavelength conversion material including a green phosphor. The chromaticity of the second light source 20 is in a range surrounded by a point A (0.20, 0.32), a point B, a point C (0.012, 0.495), and a point D (0.20, 0.40) in a CIE chromaticity diagram. The point B is an intersection point between a half line connecting chromaticity coordinates of the first light source 10 and the point A, and extending on the point A side, and an outer peripheral line of the CIE chromaticity diagram. In the green phosphor, an emission intensity F25 of a peak wavelength at 25°C, and an emission intensity F150 of a peak wavelength at 150°C satisfy the following formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】点灯直後から温度上昇後にかけて、安定して青緑色の発光色を再現可能な車載用光源およびそれを備えた車両用灯具を提供する。【解決手段】車載用光源ユニット1は、第1光源10と、第2光源20と、第3光源30と、を備える。第1光源10は、青色光を出射する第1半導体発光素子と、緑色蛍光体を含む波長変換材と、を有する。第2光源20の色度は、CIE色度図におけるA点(0.20、0.32)、B点、C点(0.012、0.495)、及びD点(0.20、0.40)で囲まれる領域内にある。B点は、第1光源10の色度座標およびA点を結びA点側に延長した半直線と、CIE色度図の外周線との交点である。緑色蛍光体は、25℃のピーク波長の発光強度F25と、150℃のピーク波長の発光強度をF150とが下記式(1)を満たす。【選択図】図1
