To provide an electric actuator structured to improve sealability of a housing.SOLUTION: A housing comprises: a first housing member 12 in which a motor section is accommodated and which includes an opening which is opened at one side in an axial direction; and a second housing member 14 which is fixed at one side of the first housing member in the axial direction by a bolt 97. The first housing member includes: an annular first sealing surface 38a which encloses the opening in a view in the axial direction; and a first fastening surface 37. The second housing member includes: an annular second sealing surface 14h which is in contact with the first sealing surface via a sealant 200; and a second fastening surface 14m which is bolted to the first fastening surface. The first sealing surface and the first fastening surface are disposed on the same virtual plane across the axial direction.
