To provide an electro-acoustic transducer and an acoustic device that can be held stably in an ear without causing problems due to blockage by earwax, etc., and is hardly noticeable when worn.SOLUTION: In a hearing aid 1, an earphone unit 3, which is an electro-acoustic transducer, is composed of a cord 4, a retaining member 5, and an earphone 6. The earphone 6 has a housing 11, which houses an electromechanical transducer that converts electrical signals into mechanical vibrations in the inside thereof, and vibrates to generate sound by the mechanical vibrations of the electromechanical transducer and is used by extending the cord 4, which transmits electrical signals to the electromechanical converter, to the outside and inserting it into an external ear canal. The retaining member 5 is attached to the cord 4 or the housing 11 and stabilizes a position of the earphone 6 by contacting an inner wall of the external ear canal during use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耳垢等の詰まりによる不具合が生じることがなく、装着時においても目立ちにくい上に耳に安定して保持することができる電気音響変換器及び音響機器を提供する。【解決手段】補聴器１において、電気音響変換器であるイヤホンユニット３は、コード４と、保持部材５と、イヤホン６とにより構成される。イヤホン６は、電気信号を機械振動に変換する電気機械変換器を内部に収容し電気機械変換器の機械振動によって振動して音を発生させる筐体１１を有し、電気機械変換器に電気信号を伝えるコード４を外部に延出させ、外耳道内に挿入して使用される。保持部材５は、コード４又は筐体１１に取り付けられ、使用時において外耳道の内壁に当接することによりイヤホン６の位置を安定させる。【選択図】図１
