Summary:To provide means capable of improving the energy density in an all-solid battery using a sulfide solid electrolyte.SOLUTION: In an all-solid battery electrode, an electrode active material layer containing an electrode active material and a sulfide solid electrolyte is arranged on the surface of a current collector. The sulfide solid electrolyte includes a Li element, a P element, and an S element. Then, in the volume-based particle size distribution measured on the basis of a laser diffraction/scattering method, the all-solid battery electrode has a single peak of 1 μm or less, the average particle size is 2 μm or less, and the average crystallite diameter is 60 to 120 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】硫化物固体電解質を用いた全固体電池において、エネルギー密度を向上させうる手段を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】集電体の表面に電極活物質および硫化物固体電解質を含有する電極活物質層が配置されてなる全固体電池用電極。当該硫化物固体電解質は、Li元素、P元素およびS元素を含有する。そして、レーザー回折・散乱法に基づいて測定した体積基準の粒子径分布において1μm以下にシングルピークを有し、平均粒子径が2μm以下であり、平均結晶子径が60〜120nmであることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
