The door lock ECU includes a printed wiring board, and a capacitor 202 connected with the printed wiring board. The case includes a base plate 122b; a first storage space 36 on one side of the base plate for storing the motor and the machine mechanism; and a second storage space on the other side of the base plate for storing the printed wiring board and the capacitor.
