Summary: | To provide a heat exchanger that can be efficiently and simply manufactured.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is equipped with an external capsule 1 provided with an inlet and an outlet, and an inner fin 2 that is provided in the external capsule 1 and has recessed/projecting portions 25 and 26. A heat exchange medium flowing in from the inlet is made flow out from the outlet through the external capsule 1. The external capsule 1 is composed of an external capsule laminate material L1 provided with a resinous thermal fusion layer 52 on an inner surface side of a metallic heat transfer layer 51, and the inner fin 2 is composed of a thermally fusible resin molding that does not include metal. A recessed portion bottom surface and a projecting portion top surface of the inner fin 2, and the thermal fusion layer 52 of the external capsule 1 are joined and integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】効率良く簡単に製作できる熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、入口および出口が設けられた外包体1と、外包体1内に設けられ、かつ凹凸部25,26を有するインナーフィン2とを備え、入口から流入した熱交換媒体が外包体1を通って出口から流出するようにした熱交換器を対象とする。外包体1が、金属製の伝熱層51の内面側に樹脂製の熱融着層52が設けられた外包ラミネート材L1によって構成され、インナーフィン2が、金属を含まない熱融着性の樹脂成形品によって構成される。インナーフィン2の凹部底面および凸部頂面と、外包体1の熱融着層52とが接合一体化されている。【選択図】図2 |
