To provide an air spinning device and a spinning machine capable of suppressing progressing of wear of a hollow guide shaft body.SOLUTION: An air spinning device 7 is assembled with a nozzle block 20 involving a spinning chamber 23 capable of revolving a fiber bundle F by a revolution flow of an air and a first nozzle 24 through which an air injected to the spinning chamber 23 for generating the revolution flow passes; a hollow guide shaft body 30 involving a passage way which guides the fiber bundle F revolved in the spinning chamber 23 to its outside; and a movable part 65 for moving the hollow guide shaft body 30 from a spinning position where the hollow guide shaft body 30 is positioned in the spinning chamber 23 and a separated position farther from the spinning chamber 23 than the spinning position; wherein the hollow guide shaft body 30 rotates around its axis at a prescribed angle by the motion of the hollow guide shaft body 30 moving between the spinning position and the separated position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】中空ガイド軸体の摩耗の進行を抑制できる空気紡績装置及び紡績機を提供する。【解決手段】空気紡績装置７は、空気の旋回流によって繊維束Ｆが旋回させられる紡績室２３、及び旋回流を発生させるために紡績室２３に噴射される空気が通過する第１ノズル２４を有するノズルブロック２０と、紡績室２３で旋回させられた繊維束Ｆを外部に案内する通路を有する中空ガイド軸体３０と、中空ガイド軸体３０が紡績室２３に位置する紡績位置と、紡績位置よりも紡績室２３から遠い離間位置とに中空ガイド軸体３０を移動させる移動部６５と、を備え、中空ガイド軸体３０が紡績位置と離間位置との間で移動する動作により、中空ガイド軸体３０が軸回りに所定角度回転する。【選択図】図５
