To realize early warning for a target vehicle and improve an accuracy of early warning by that the target vehicle is determined based on a position of a vehicle and a position of an object crossing a road, the accuracy of the target vehicle is improved, and early warning information is transmitted to the target vehicle.SOLUTION: At the current time, an object that crosses a road which is a first road is determined; a target area is determined based on a position of the object; based on a position of a vehicle on the first road and the target area, a target vehicle on the first road is determined; and early warning information is transmitted to the target vehicle. In a process of determining the target vehicle from the vehicles on the first road, early warning for the target vehicle is realized and the accuracy of early warning is improved by determining the target vehicle based on the position of the vehicle on the first road and the position of the object crossing the road, and transmitting the early warning information to the target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の位置と、道路を横断する対象物の位置とに基づいて対象車両を決定し、対象車両の精度を向上させ、対象車両に早期警報情報を送信することにより、対象車両に対する早期警報を実現し、早期警報の精度を向上させる。【解決手段】現在時刻で、第１の道路である道路を横断する対象物を決定し、対象物の位置に基づいて、対象領域を決定し、第１の道路における車両の位置及び対象領域に基づいて、第１の道路における対象車両を決定し、そして対象車両に早期警報情報を送信する。第１の道路における車両から対象車両を決定する過程で、第１の道路における車両の位置と、道路を横断する対象物の位置とに基づいて対象車両を決定し、対象車両に早期警報情報を送信することにより、対象車両に対する早期警報を実現し、早期警報の精度を向上させる。【選択図】図１
