Summary:To provide a fireproof member and the like capable of obtaining a fireproof structure with excellent workability and stable quality.SOLUTION: A fireproof member 1 is mainly constituted of a first foaming body 3, a thermal expansion member 7, a second foaming body 9, a coating body 11 and the like. The first foaming body 3 is a member capable of elastically deforming, and is preferably a combustible sponge such as a urethane foam. On the first foaming body 3, the thermal expansion member 7 expanding by heat in a fire and the like is laminated. On the thermal expansion member 7, the second foaming body 9 capable of elastically deforming is laminated. The second foaming body 9 is made of a flexible member capable of deforming in a thickness direction. In the second foaming body 9, a thermal expansion material spreading in a base resin is included. The first foaming body 3, the thermal expansion member 7, and the second foaming body 9 are integrally coated with the coating body 11. Here, in a cross section perpendicular to a longer direction of the fireproof member 1, the sheet-like second foaming body 9 is laminated on the thermal expansion member 7 in a folded state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 施工性に優れ、安定した品質の耐火構造を得ることが可能な耐火部材等を提供する。【解決手段】 耐火部材1は、主に第1発泡体3、熱膨張部材7、第2発泡体9、被覆体11等から構成される。第1発泡体3は、弾性変形可能な部材であり、例えばウレタン発泡体などの可燃性のスポンジであることが望ましい。第1発泡体3には、火災時等の熱によって膨張する熱膨張部材7が積層される。また、熱膨張部材7には、弾性変形可能な第2発泡体9が積層される。第2発泡体9は、厚み方向に変形可能な柔軟な部材からなる。第2発泡体9には、ベース樹脂に、熱膨張材が分散して含まれる。第1発泡体3、熱膨張部材7及び第2発泡体9は、被覆体11によって一括して被覆される。ここで、耐火部材1の長手方向に垂直な断面において、シート状の第2発泡体9が折り畳まれた状態で、熱膨張部材7に積層される。【選択図】図1
