【課題】 緑内障濾過手術法にて形成された濾過胞を、安全性高く、長く維持するため、角膜上皮細胞の増殖を抑制する活性を有さず、かつ線維芽細胞の増殖を抑制する活性を有する化合物を同定する。【解決手段】 アムサクリンが、角膜上皮細胞の増殖を抑制する活性を有さず、かつ線維芽細胞の増殖を抑制する活性を有することを見出し、緑内障濾過手術法にて形成された濾過胞を、安全性高く、長く維持する上で有用であることも明らかにした。【選択図】 なし |
