Summary:To provide a resin fiber, a method for manufacturing a fiber board, and a method for manufacturing a molding. which suppress defects due to static electricity when a fiber board and a molding are manufactured.SOLUTION: A resin fiber 1 has a sheath-core structure, a core part 11 contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin and a non-modified polyolefin resin, and a sheath part 12 contains a non-modified polyolefin resin and does not contain acid-modified polyolefin. A method for manufacturing a fiber board includes the steps of: forming a fiber mat containing vegetable fibers and resin fibers 1; and heating the fiber mat and melting the resin fiber 1, then solidifying the melted thermoplastic resin, and obtaining a binder resin.
