Summary: | To provide: an amorphous lithium-ion-conducting oxide powder which, upon crystallization, becomes a lithium-ion-conducting oxide powder having a NASICON-type crystal structure and exhibits high ionic conductivity; a method for producing amorphous lithium-ion-conducting oxide powder with low raw material cost and production cost; and a lithium-ion-conducting oxide powder having a NASICON-type crystal structure that exhibits higher ionic conductivity.SOLUTION: An amorphous lithium-ion conducting oxide powder containing lithium in an amount of 0.5-6.5 mass%, aluminum in an amount of 0-25.0 mass%, germanium in an amount of more than 0 mass% and at most 65.0 mass%, phosphorus in an amount of 10-30 mass%, and carbon in an amount of more than 0 mass% and at most 0.35 mass%, and having a specific surface area of 15 m2/g to 100 m2/g as measured by the BET single point method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】結晶化することによりNASICON型結晶構造のリチウムイオン伝導酸化物粉末となり、高いイオン伝導度を発揮する、非晶質リチウムイオン伝導酸化物粉末と、当該非晶質リチウムイオン伝導酸化物粉末を安価な原料コストと生産コストによって製造する製造方法と、より高いイオン伝導度を発揮するNASICON型結晶構造のリチウムイオン伝導酸化物粉末とを提供する。【解決手段】リチウムを、0.5質量%以上6.5質量%以下、アルミニウムを、0質量%を超え25.0質量%以下、ゲルマニウムを、0質量%を超え65.0質量%以下、リンを、10質量%以上30質量%以下、炭素を、0質量%を超え0.35質量%以下含有し、BET一点法で計測される比表面積が15m2/g以上100m2/g以下である、非晶質リチウムイオン伝導酸化物粉末を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
