Summary:To provide a vehicle, a vehicle control system, and a vehicle control method capable of performing power reference output limitation for a secondary battery included in a current-limited battery pack.SOLUTION: The vehicle includes a battery pack 10 including a battery ECU 13 and an HVECU 50 that is separate from the battery pack 10. The battery pack 10 further includes a battery 11 (secondary battery) and a battery sensor 12 that detects the state of the battery 11. The battery ECU 13 is configured to obtain IWout, which indicates the upper limit of the output current of the battery 11, using a detection value of the battery sensor 10. The HVECU 50 is configured to control the output power of the battery 11 using Wout, which indicates an upper limit value of the output power of the battery 11.
