Summary: | SOLUTION: There is provided a rare earth sintered magnet which includes R (R represents one or more of rare earth elements, and Nd is essential), T (T represents one or more elements of iron group elements, and Fe is essential), B, M1 (M1 is one or more elements selected from among Al, Si, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, Mo, Sn, W, Pb and Bi) and M2 (M2 is one or more elements selected from among Ti, V, Zr, Nb, Hf and Ta), and which has a R2T14B phase as a main phase. The M1 is 0.5-2 atom%; when the atomic percentages of the R, T, M2, and B are [R], [T], [M2] and [B], respectively, the following relational expression (1) is satisfied, ([T]/14)+[M2]≤[B]≤([R]/2)+([M2]/2)...(1); and 0.1-10 vol.% of the whole grain boundary phase in a magnet is a R6T13M1 phase.EFFECT: A rare earth sintered magnet of the present invention can provide excellent magnetic characteristics achieving both high Br and high HcJ.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【解決手段】R(Rは希土類元素の1種以上で、Ndは必須)、T(Tは鉄族元素の1種以上の元素で、Feは必須)、B、M1(M1はAl、Si、Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ga、Ge、Mo、Sn、W、Pb、Biから選ばれる1種以上の元素)、及びM2(M2はTi、V、Zr、Nb、Hf、Taから選ばれる1種以上の元素)を含み、R2T14B相を主相とする希土類焼結磁石であって、上記M1が0.5〜2原子%、上記R、T、M2、Bの原子百分率をそれぞれ[R]、[T]、[M2]、[B]とした場合に、下記の関係式(1)を満足し、([T]/14)+[M2]≦[B]≦([R]/2)+([M2]/2)・・・(1)かつ磁石中の全粒界相の0.1〜10体積%が、R6T13M1相であることを特徴とする希土類焼結磁石を提供する。【効果】本発明の希土類焼結磁石によれば、高いBrと高いHcJを両立した優れた磁気特性を得ることができる。【選択図】なし |
