To provide a lighting device capable of easily attaching a device body to a member to be attached, even in a case where the position of a hooking blade of the device body cannot be confirmed when the device body is attached.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 comprises an auxiliary tool 5 that is attached to a member to be attached 3 on a surface to be attached via an attachment part 110 and is detachably mounted to the member to be attached 3, and a device body 10 having a fitting part 15 to be fitted on the outer peripheral side of the auxiliary tool 5 and having a light source unit on the side opposite to the surface to be attached. The device body 10 has an opposite wall facing the surface to be attached on an attachment guide unit 120.
