To provide an electric wire with a terminal which prevents a front end portion of a core wire from curling up above a crimping portion without changing the total length of a wire barrel and allows the position of the front end portion of the core wire to be checked through a check hole.SOLUTION: An electric wire 1 with a terminal includes a terminal 10, a covered electric wire W drawn rearward from the terminal 10. The terminal 10 includes a wire barrel portion 20 for crimping a core wire W1 at an end of the covered electric wire W. The wire barrel portion 20 includes a crimping bottom surface 22 and a pair of wire barrel pieces 21 extending from both side edges of the crimping bottom surface 22. The front end portion of the core wire W1 is covered with the front end portions of the pair of wire barrel pieces 21 of the wire barrel portion 20. The crimping bottom surface 22 of the wire barrel portion 20 is provided with a check hole 40 which allows the front end portion of the core wire W1 to be checked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ワイヤバレルの全長を変えることなく、芯線の前端部が圧着部の上方に跳ね上がることを防ぎ、確認孔によって芯線の前端部の位置を確認できる端子付き電線を提供する。【解決手段】端子付き電線１は、端子１０と、端子１０から後方に引き出された被覆電線Ｗと、を備えた端子付き電線１であって、端子１０は、被覆電線Ｗの末端において芯線Ｗ１を圧着するワイヤバレル部２０を有し、ワイヤバレル部２０は、圧着底面２２と、圧着底面２２の両側縁から延出している一対のワイヤバレル片２１と、を備え、芯線Ｗ１の前端部は、ワイヤバレル部２０の一対のワイヤバレル片２１の前端部により覆われ、ワイヤバレル部２０の圧着底面２２には、芯線Ｗ１の前端部を確認可能な確認孔４０が設けられている。【選択図】図１
