Summary:To provide a premixing device with a simple structure and low cost, including air resistance switching means connected to a gas suction portion 31 disposed on an air supply passage 3 connected to a burner 1 at a downstream end of a gas supply passage 4, and switching magnitude of ventilation resistance of a prescribed part 3a where air flows, of the air supply passage 3.SOLUTION: Air resistance switching means is composed of a flapper 8 rotatable to a low resistance position to decrease ventilation resistance of a prescribed part 3a of an air supply passage 3 and a large resistance position to increase the same. When the flapper 8 exists at the large resistance position, a part of the flapper 8 approaches and faces a part 31b of a gas suction portion 31 to increase suction resistance of a fuel gas from a gas suction portion 31. Further an electromagnet 9 attracting or repelling a magnetic body 85 mounted on the flapper 8, is disposed outside of the prescribed part 3a of the air supply passage 3 on which the flapper 8 is disposed. The flapper 8 is rotated to the small resistance position by magnetization of the electromagnet 9, and the flapper 8 is rotated to the large resistance position by magnetization in an opposite direction of the electromagnet 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ガス供給路4の下流端がバーナ1に連なる給気路3に設けられたガス吸引部31に接続され、給気路3の空気が流れる所定部分3aの通気抵抗を大小に切換える空気抵抗切換手段を備える予混合装置であって、構造簡単で低コストのものを提供する。【解決手段】空気抵抗切換手段は、給気路3の所定部分3aの通気抵抗を小さくする小抵抗位置と大きくする大抵抗位置とに回動自在なフラッパ8で構成される。フラッパ8が大抵抗位置に存するときは、フラッパ8の一部がガス吸引部31の一部31bに近接対向して、ガス吸引部31からの燃料ガスの吸引抵抗が大きくなるようにする。また、フラッパ8を設置した給気路3の所定部分3aの外側に、フラッパ8に取付けた磁性体85を吸引又は反発する電磁石9を設ける。そして、電磁石9の通電励磁でフラッパ8を小抵抗位置に回動させ、電磁石9の逆方向の通電励磁でフラッパ8を大抵抗位置に回動させる。【選択図】図1
