Summary: | To provide an aluminum-made fin material having a hydrophilic coating that maintains hydrophilicity for a long time while preventing the hydrophilicity from degrading with the attachment of a volatile organic compound to a fin surface.SOLUTION: An aluminum-made fin material has an aluminum plate, and a hydrophilic coating layer formed on the aluminum plate in the stated order. The hydrophilic coating layer comprises a resin composition comprising a resin A composed of a polymer or copolymer, and a Zr crosslinker.
