Summary:To provide a grout monitor for proportional injection having a mixing backflow preventing/mixing mechanism for backflow prevention of liquid A to liquid B side of an inner pipe and mixing the liquid A and the liquid B, and a proportional injection method of a cured grout using the same.SOLUTION: A grout monitor 10 for proportional injection for proportionally injecting a cured grout obtained by mixing liquid B of water glass having concentration of 18-35% in a volume of SiO2 having a molar ratio of 2.5-4.0 to liquid A of cement milk containing 500-1,200 kg of cement per 1 m3, with a ratio of 130-500 L per 1 m3 of the liquid A using a double pipe rod 1 includes a mixing backflow preventing/mixing mechanism 5 for preventing the liquid B discharged from an inner pipe 3 of the double pipe rod 1 from flowing backward to the inner pipe 3, and mixing the liquid A and the liquid B. The mixing backflow preventing/mixing mechanism 5 has: tip opening blocking means for blocking the tip opening of the double pipe rod 1; a plurality of discharge holes 4 formed on a side face in the vicinity of the tip of the inner pipe 3 of the double pipe rod 1; and a cylindrical body 50 composed of a stretchable material tightly covering the outer surface of the discharge hole 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】A液が内管のB液側への逆流防止とA液とB液の混合を行う混合逆流防止混合機構を備えた比例注入用グラウトモニタ及びそれを用いた硬化グラウトの比例注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】1m3あたりセメント500〜1,200kgを含んだセメントミルクのA液に、モル比2.5〜4.0のSiO2の容量で18〜35%の濃度の水ガラスのB液を、A液1m3に対して130〜500Lの比率で混合した硬化グラウトを二重管ロッド1を用いて比例注入するための比例注入用グラウトモニタ10において、二重管ロッド1の内管3から吐出したB液が内管3に逆流することを防止するとともに、前記A液と前記B液とを混合する逆流防止混合機構5を備え、逆流防止混合機構5を、二重管ロッド1の先端開口を閉塞する先端開口閉塞手段と、二重管ロッド1の内管3の先端付近の側面に形成された複数の吐出孔4と、この吐出孔4の外面を密着被覆する伸縮材からなる円筒状の円筒体50を設ける。【選択図】図1
