Summary:To prevent, in a vehicle door opening/closing device, direct transmission of vibration during vehicle running to a reduction mechanism.SOLUTION: The vehicle door opening/closing device includes: a motor 31; first reduction mechanisms that reduce the rotation of the motor 31; an output shaft 39 that can rotate integrally with an output gear 37 of the first reduction mechanisms 36, 37; an upper casing 34 that supports the motor 31 and the first reduction mechanisms 36, 37; a second reduction mechanism 22 that is connected to the output shaft 39 and is linked to a door via a movable connecting member 12; and a lower casing 21 that is fixed to a vehicle body and rotatably supports the second reduction mechanism 22.
