To make it possible to easily connect a belt connector connected to an endless belt to a guide roller unit attached to a rail in a door opening/closing device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A belt guide 11, which is fixed to a vehicle body to extend along a rail 4B on which a plurality of guide rollers of a guide roller unit 5 attached to a sliding door are movably mounted in the front-back direction, has a retaining section 20 that can hold a belt connector 13 in a holding position that retreats outside a moving orbit of the guide roller unit 5 when the belt connector 13 is connected to an endless belt 12 and concurrently not connected to the guide roller unit 5.
