To provide a building multi-use member available in multi-use capable of being easily applied not only to light shielding of curtain and shade, but also to sound insulation, and other functions.SOLUTION: There is provided a building multi-use member comprising a panel member 2 which includes a body part 2a extending in the longitudinal direction and a fixing piece part 2b provided by folding at ends in the width direction crossing with respect to the longitudinal direction of the body part 2a, and which is formed by a hard thin film entirely, two end blocks 3 comprising a flexible material provided at ends in the longitudinal direction of the panel member 2 by fitting the ends in the width direction crossing with respect to the longitudinal direction into the fixing piece part 2b, a shock absorbing mat 4 comprising a shock absorbing material arranged within space between the end blocks 3 in a state where the ends are fitted into the fixing piece part 2b, and a cover sheet 5 in which the ends in the width direction are inserted between the fixing piece part 2b and the shock absorbing mat 4 and the ends in the longitudinal direction are engaged with the end blocks 3 via an engaging member 6 to cover one surface of the panel member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カーテンやシェード等の遮光だけなく、防音、その他の機能にも簡単に適用することができる多用途可能な建物用多用途部材を提供する。【解決手段】長手方向に延びた本体部２ａ及び本体部２ａの長手方向と交差する幅方向の両端部に折り返しによって設けられた固定用片部２ｂを有し、全体が硬質の薄板によって形成されたパネル部材２と、長手方向と交差する幅方向の両端部が固定用片部２ｂに嵌め込まれることによりパネル部材２の長手方向の両端部に設けられた可撓材からなる２つの端部ブロック３と、両端部が固定用片部２ｂに嵌め込まれた状態で端部ブロック３の間の空間内に配置された緩衝材からなる緩衝マット４と、幅方向の端部が固定用片部２ｂと緩衝マット４との間に差し込まれると共に長手方向の両端部が端部ブロック３に係止部材６を介して係止されてパネル部材２の片面を覆うカバーシート５と、を備える。【選択図】図１
