The guide body 5 has a core material 13, a cushioning material 15, and an outer cylinder 17, and is provided along the edge 3a of the mounting table 3. The cushioning material 15 is attached to the outer circumference of the core material 13. The outer cylinder 17 is provided on an outer circumference of the cushioning material 15, and the inner diameter d2 is larger than the outer diameter d1 of the cushioning material and is rotatable.
