To provide a vehicle seat control device capable of curbing incidence of erroneous stop while preventing pinching.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat control device comprises: a slide drive section 32 which drives a second seat 12 mounted on a vehicle; and a control section which controls the slide drive section 32 on the basis of an operation signal. The vehicle seat control device also comprises: a load detection section 40 which detects a load acting on the slide drive section 32; and a sitting state detection section which detects a sitting state of an occupant in the second seat.
