Summary:To provide a coil component in which a proof pressure is improved.SOLUTION: In a coil component 10, a proof pressure is improved by coating main surfaces 12c and 12d of a main body part 12 with an insulation layer 13. The main body part 12 includes a front surface part of which a resin rate is higher than a resin rate of an inner part, an insulation quality in its front surface part is enhanced, and the proof pressure in the front surface of the main body part 12 is further improved.
