Summary:To provide a high frequency heating device which is properly operable even in the case where magnetron output is changed from low output to high output, without providing a circuit, etc., for converting a filament current from AC to DC.SOLUTION: A high frequency heating device 10 comprises a magnetron 20 and a drive circuit 30. The drive circuit 30 includes a non-smooth DC voltage circuit 40, an inverter circuit 42, a magnetron drive circuit 36 and a control section 38. The drive circuit 30 stops output of the inverter circuit 42 over a predetermined stop term Ts defining zero cross of an AC power source 22 as a reference on the condition that output of the magnetron 20 is greater than a predetermined value, and continues the output of the inverter circuit 42 even during the stop term Ts on the condition that the output of the magnetron 20 is smaller than a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】フィラメント電流を交流から直流に変換するための回路等を設けることなく、マグネトロン出力を低出力から高出力まで変化させたとしても、適正に動作可能な高周波加熱装置を提供することを目的とした。【解決手段】高周波加熱装置10は、マグネトロン20と、駆動回路30とを備えている。駆動回路30は、非平滑直流電圧回路40と、インバータ回路42と、マグネトロン駆動回路36と、制御部38とを備えている。駆動回路30は、マグネトロン20の出力が所定値より大きいことを条件として、交流電源22のゼロクロスを基準とする所定の停止期間Tsに亘ってインバータ回路42の出力を停止させ、マグネトロン20の出力が所定値より小さいことを条件として、停止期間Tsにおいても、インバータ回路42の出力を継続させる。【選択図】図2
