Summary:To provide a release film for producing a ceramic green sheet maintaining the high smoothness of the surface of a release layer of a release film, having low peel force even when a peel angle is low upon the production of a ceramic green sheet compared with the conventional release film for producing a ceramic green sheet, and having low peel force upon peeling even in the production of an ultrathin layer ceramic green sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a release film using a polyester film as a base material, in which at least one side of the base material contains a surface layer A substantially not including inorganic particles, and a release layer is laminated on the surface of the surface layer A in at least one side directly or via the other layer. When ceramic green sheet molding is performed to the surface of the release layer, a peel temperature between the ceramic green sheet and the release film reaches 50°C, and peel force F (T50/A30) at a peel angle of 30° reaches 60 mN/mm or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】離型フィルムの離型層表面の高い平滑性を維持し、従来のセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルムと比較してセラミックグリーンシート製造時に剥離角度が低角度の場合においても剥離力が低く、超薄層セラミックグリーンシートの製造においても剥離時の剥離力が低いセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルムを提供すること。【解決手段】ポリエステルフィルムを基材とし、前記基材が少なくとも片面に無機粒子を実質的に含有していない表面層Aを有し、少なくとも片面の表面層Aの表面上に直接又は他の層を介して離型層が積層された離型フィルムであって、前記離型層上にセラミックグリーンシート成型した場合に、セラミックグリーンシートと離型フィルムとの剥離温度50℃、剥離角度30°での剥離力F(T50/A30)が60mN/mm以下となるセラミックグリーンシート製造用離型フィルム。【選択図】図1
