Summary: | To enable the charging of a power storage device at the time of a power shortage.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device is mounted on a vehicle including: a power storage device; a drive device driven by power from the power storage device; a system main relay attached to a power line between the power storage device and the drive device; and a charging circuit connected to the drive device side, relative to the system main relay, of the power line. At the time of a power shortage in the power storage device, the vehicular control device turns off the system main relay and prohibits the restart of a system.
