Summary:To provide a retroreflective coating material with an excellent retroreflective property, and a method for efficiently manufacturing the retroreflective coating material.SOLUTION: The retroreflective coating material is obtained by forming, on a coating target surface 20 to have a retroreflective property, a retroreflective coating film 10 including a self-reflection bead 12 as a spherical and transparent bead with a reflection film formed on at least a part of the surface, and a film forming resin.
