The weight inspection device (3) inspects the weight of a measurement object discharged from a measurement device. The determination unit (6) makes a determination as to an improvement of the measurement device on the basis of a right amount, an excessive amount, and a small amount with respect to a predetermined amount as a reference as the result of inspections by the weight inspection device (3).
