Summary:To effectively change a high MLSS concentration for advanced treatment and a low MLSS concentration for solid-liquid separation according to the situation in a conventional activated sludge process.SOLUTION: A water treatment plant comprises a first water treatment series and a second water treatment series. The first water treatment series includes a first biological reaction tank and a first water treatment series which includes a sedimentation tank separating water from the first biological reaction tank into activated sludge and treated water. The second water treatment series includes a second biological reaction tank in which a separation membrane is installed to separate the activated sludge from the treated water. Activated sludge is pumped to each other between the first water treatment series and the second biological reaction tank. The amount of activated sludge pumped in at least one direction between the first water treatment series and the second biological reaction tank is adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来活性汚泥法において、高度処理のための高MLSS濃度と固液分離のための低MLSS濃度を、状況に応じて効果的に変化させる。【解決手段】水処理プラントは、第1水処理系列と、第2水処理系列とを含む。第1水処理系列は、第1生物反応タンクと、第1生物反応タンクからの水を活性汚泥と処理水とに分離する沈殿池とを含む第1水処理系列と、を含む。第2水処理系列は、活性汚泥と処理水とを分離する分離膜が設置された第2生物反応タンクを含む。第1水処理系列と第2生物反応タンクとの間において、活性汚泥が相互に送泥される。第1水処理系列と第2生物反応タンクとの間において、活性汚泥の少なくとも一方向の送泥量は調整可能である。【選択図】図1
