Summary:To provide a method for manufacturing a rotor core which can prevent deterioration of characteristics (mechanical strength, heat resistance, etc.) of a resin material of a rotor core.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a rotor core 4 includes: a filling step of retracting a piston part 116b moving in a cylinder 116a part, and thereby filling the cylinder part 116a with a molten resin material 6; and an injection step of injecting the resin material 6 that is made to fill the cylinder part 116a to a magnet storage part 10. The filling step is a step of filling the cylinder part 116a with the resin material 6 while controlling the pressure of the resin material 6 that is made to fill the cylinder part 116a so that it is kept to be lower than a predetermined pressure P1 at which a filler 6a is separated from the resin material 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ロータコアの樹脂材の特性(機械的強度および耐熱性等)が悪化するのを防止することが可能なロータコアの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】このロータコア4の製造方法は、シリンダ116a部内を移動するピストン部116bを後退させることにより、溶融された樹脂材6をシリンダ部116aに充填する充填工程と、シリンダ部116aに充填された樹脂材6を、磁石収容部10に注入する注入工程と、を備える。そして、上記充填工程は、シリンダ部116aに充填された樹脂材6の圧力が、樹脂材6から充填材6aが分離される所定の圧力P1未満に維持されるように制御しながら、樹脂材6をシリンダ部116aに充填する工程である。【選択図】図6
