Summary:To provide a system capable of preventing erroneous processing due to past question messages.SOLUTION: Question message transmission means 62 of a chatbot device 6 transmits a question message to a user terminal device 2 via a chat server device 4. Question message display means 22 of the user terminal device 2 displays the received question message on a display unit. When a user inputs a reply in a reply area 10 of the displayed question message, it is transmitted as a reply message to the chatbot device 6. Processing progress means 64 of the chatbot device 6 receives the reply message and proceeds the processing based on this reply. Further, correction instruction means 66 of the chatbot device 6 transmits a correction instruction to the chat server device 4 so as to correct the question message corresponding to the reply message to a message having no reply area. In response to this correction instruction, the chat server device 4 corrects the question message into a message having no reply area and records it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】過去の質問メッセージによる誤った処理を防止できるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】チャットボット装置６の質問メッセージ送信手段６２は、質問メッセージをチャットサーバ装置４を介してユーザ端末装置２に送信する。質問メッセージを受け取ったユーザ端末装置２の質問メッセージ表示手段２２は表示部に表示する。ユーザが表示された質問メッセージの回答領域１０にて回答を入力すると回答メッセージとしてチャットボット装置６に送信する。チャットボット装置６の処理進行手段６４は、回答メッセージを受信し、この回答に基づいて処理を進める。また、チャットボット装置６の修正指示手段６６は、回答メッセージに対応する質問メッセージを回答領域のないメッセージに修正するよう、チャットサーバ装置４に対し修正指示を送信する。チャットサーバ装置４は、この修正指示を受けて、質問メッセージを、回答領域のないメッセージに修正して記録する。【選択図】図１
